You will be aware from the press and news that Covid-19 case numbers are rising at the moment in Blackburn with Darwen, as in other areas in the North West and London – the different variants being the drivers for these spikes.
At this current time Blackburn with Darwen’s Public Health Team have confirmed there are no changes to the guidance. They are increasing their messaging and encouraging everyone to get tested and to continue to follow the “Hands, Space, Space & Fresh Air” rules.
We want to support our local Public Health Team by reiterating the importance of the key messages to all Blackburn Couch to 5K participants. Everyone in Blackburn with Darwen without symptoms of coronavirus can access free, regular, rapid coronavirus testing.
