Maintain Public Liability Insurance, register bookings for each plan with WittonPark, send out notice of meetings with agenda, take notes and actions from meetings – Claire Coverley (Deputy)

Finance Manager – Deborah Clucas

Pay invoices, maintain accounts

Kit Managers – Be Strong

Liaise with kit supplier and arrange distribution

Social Media and Web Manager – Be Strong

Maintain Facebook and Twitter accounts

Events Managers – Chris Almond & Dave Cooper-Hughes

Coordination of Celebration Run events

Social Events Manager – Cathy Kilshaw

Coordination of evening Celebration Run event (1 x per annum)
